The process was well explained and they went well beyond the original plan to make it right. They performed a few extra ‘To-Do’s’ without any reservations. That included coating the new railing I installed and surprised them with, which they weren’t expecting. Communication was easy, always with a same or next day response. Scheduling was spot on, they always kept in touch - not an easy feat when so weather dependent. I have received many compliments, they did a really nice job! I recently purchased a 1992 Lodge home in desperate need of restoration. As a first time log home owner, I was not sure how restoration would work.
